Move-in is Friday, August 21 only — your booth will not be ready Thursday. Times are assigned by booth location and proximity to the door to keep the load-in doors flowing.

Order Tables & ChairsA Few Key Things
We only have Friday, August 21 to set up pipe & drape and booths. Your booth will not be ready Thursday — please plan accordingly.
Please do not break down before 4:00 PM Sunday. Your display must be fully removed by 11:00 AM Monday, August 24.
There are no dollies or push carts available at the facility. Please bring your own to move in and out.
Tables, chairs, and electricity are not included with your booth. Order the items you need — the order form is in the exhibitor manual.
Please use double-sided carpet tape, GAFF tape, or AV cord tape. If you're not sure whether your tape is approved, ask us BEFORE you use it! We will have approved tape for sale at the registration office if you get to the show without the correct tape.
